Paid order prices are legally protected after checkout is completed, and we will not unilaterally increase paid order prices before shipment. If a clear pricing, inventory, or listing error affects an order, we will contact the customer, cancel the affected order if needed, and issue any applicable refund through the original payment method.

Product Information and Store Content

Our goal is to describe Mouse Pads, Aluminum Hard Pads, Jacquard Fabric Control Pads, Natural Rubber Bases, Molded Silicone Mats, Edges, Feet, and Desktop Components through clear titles, images, sizes, materials, colors, quantities, care guidance, and intended-use details. Product appearance or measurements may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, production batch, or measurement method. Product descriptions do not imply a particular DPI range, cursor accuracy, tracking speed, latency reduction, waterproof rating, scratch resistance, ergonomic benefit, injury prevention, sensor compatibility, or service life unless that specific claim is expressly stated and supported in the listing. A mouse, keyboard, cables, pens, computers, cups, and other desk props shown in contextual photographs are not included unless the package list expressly says otherwise. When an error is found, we may correct product information, availability, or policy content.

Product Use and Care

Products should be used only as intended and according to any care, safety, installation, or use instructions shown on the product page or included with the package. We may consider misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized changes when reviewing support issues.

Working dimensions, total thickness, surface material and texture, base construction, edge profile, feet or grip pattern, product net weight, and package contents are separate product facts. Minor dimensional variation, temporary rubber or silicone odour, and short-lived curl in flexible rolled pads can occur; products are not represented as odour-free or perfectly flat before appropriate room-temperature settling.

Tracking and glide depend on mouse sensor design, firmware, lift-off settings, mouse feet, sensitivity, pad cleanliness, humidity, desk level, user pressure, and movement technique. No pad is represented as universally compatible with every sensor, guaranteeing gaming accuracy, increasing speed or control for every user, preventing fatigue or injury, or functioning as a medical wrist support.

Use on a clean, dry, stable desk and follow the material-specific cleaning directions. The natural-rubber jacquard model contains natural rubber latex. Do not use mouse pads as trivets, cutting surfaces, electrical insulation, food-contact mats, or supports for hot devices. Replace a pad that develops sharp metal damage, loose feet, separated layers, frayed edges, deep creases, rubber cracking, silicone tears, hardened areas, or instability.

Payment, Shipping, Returns, and Third-Party Services

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, using only the payment methods currently shown at checkout. Shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellation requests are handled according to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. The store may use Shopify, payment processors, analytics tools, shipping carriers, and other service providers to operate the website and fulfill orders.
